Every building on the Cardinal Marketplace sits on one of our lots, ready to go. Here’s exactly how delivery, deposits and cancellations work, so there are no surprises.
Delivery
- In-stock buildings: free delivery and setup within 50 miles of the lot where the building is sitting.
- Custom builds: free delivery and setup within 50 miles of any Cardinal Buildings location.
- Beyond 50 miles: $6.50 per mile for each mile past the first 50.
Your dealer will confirm the delivery distance and any delivery charge with you before delivery is scheduled.
Deposits and cancellations
- Your deposit is fully refundable for 3 days after you place it. Call your dealer within those 3 days to cancel and get your deposit back.
- After 3 days, all sales are final.
- Changed your mind about the building? After the 3-day window we can’t refund the deposit, but we can move your order to a different building.
Returns
Because every building is delivered and set up on your property, we don’t accept returns after the 3-day cancellation window. Your building is backed by our 10-Year Guarantee against storm damage and product failure.
